Yoga

Yoga is a full body workout. The class, taught by instructor Ms. Kellie McClendon, consists of a series of poses or positions which work strength, balance and flexibility.

 

Yoga provides increased body awareness as muscles and tendons are lengthened, breathing is deepened, strength is increased, and posture improves. It is a great workout and an excellent way to feel and be healthy in mind and body.

 

All fitness levels are welcome. $5 per class
